Healthy skinny girl diet

It's a new year, 2016. With that, I've decided to start on HSGD which sounds completely okay to make! I've added some rules for me to follow and I'm going to dance for like 30 minutes or an hour which should burn around 130+ calories the last time I checked.

Rules:
Starts seriously when school starts.
20 minutes walking everyday expect on the saturdays & sundays.
don't eat before 7 am and don't eat after 6 pm.
drink green tea on monday and wednesday.
look at thinspo pictures before you're gonna sleep.
chew slowly.
if your stomach feels a bit full, stop there.
